Does Cruisin Organics offer returns?

We are unable to provide exchanges, refunds, or returns. Every sale is final. Please be aware that Cruisin Organics brands' retain the right to reject any returns and to demand reshipments or refunds. The consumer has 48 hours from the time of delivery to notify customer support if, in the uncommon event, a product is damaged. Customers are required to provide screenshots of their order confirmation emails and images of the problem. Visit our contact page to begin the process.

Process your return

Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.
Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage (return shipping, packaging, supplies & Tracking at your expense) for the
tracking number—this will speed up the process and legitimize that your
parcel is on its way back to us.

What Happens Next?

A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
If the condition in which an item has been returned is inappropriate (e.g., if the item has been opened and used or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return, and we may have to send it back to you at your expense.

If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive it. Depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item,. If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance of your credit/debit card. If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.

What can I do if my things arrive damaged?

Returning damaged items. The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. We are sorry that you received a damaged or faulty item. 
Using your order number, please get in touch with us right away using our contact us email: kathyt@cruisinorganics.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please be aware that you might need to submit more than one photo of the defective items.

Are exchanges available? Regretfully, at this moment we are unable to handle swaps.
Non-refundable (non-returnable) products: Items opened and used: Skin care products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
