Shipping Policy

The shipping cost for the returned items is paid by you. We will compensate
the shipping charges in case of returning damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original
condition and processed your return.

What Happens Next

A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
If the condition an item has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g. item has been opened and used or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you, at your expense.

If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive Compensation within 10 business days depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item. If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance of your credit/debit card. If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.

If you use a Gift card to purchase the returned item, we will refund the paid money to the balance of the credit/debit card or PayPal account (whatever was used) and will provide you with a new Gift card as, due to our internal rules, any Gift card can’t be used twice or more time.

Returning a Damaged or Faulty Item
We are sorry that you received a damaged or faulty item. Please return this item to us in it's original packaging if applicable, as soon as possible so that we could process the refund. If you’re unable to return the item, please contact our Customer care service at info@candleelegance.com and send photos of damaged items. Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return.

Returning an Incorrect Item
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back
to us, and once inspected, we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our
warehouse. We do not refund the products that are not eligible for return.

  • International and local shipping options: Amazon Prime shipping delays may occur within US and internationally. International rate apply, at customer expense and will be based on current rates valid while supplies last.

  • USPS Flat Rate Shipping costs are valid in USA only, standard shipping times may apply.
  • Turnaround Policy: Upon receipt of each customer order, processing may take 1-3 business days via USPS - Standard shipping rates and times may apply. US shipping rate may vary and may take 1-3 weeks. International and Canada may take 1-5 weeks depending on cargo disruptions. Cruisin Organics will do our very best to work around any shipping disruptions and strive to provide your products in the most efficient way possible. Our goal is to ship and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
  • Track your order(s): Customers will receive and automated email with your tracking information and tracking number. Please contact Kathy T if you have trouble tracking your package(s).
  • Order processing and delivery times may vary due to travel complications around the US and abroad. Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages

How do I return items?

We take great pride our great customer service and want our customers to be very happy with our luxury products.

Return item compliance:

Any/all returns must be in saleable and unused condition to be honored Eligible items which includes packaging, etc. Due to our guarantee of the purity and safety of our material, we can’t accept returns on any consumables including balms, butters, deodorants, liquids or powders that have been out of our direct control.

If you want to return an item, please call/text us at 941-961-9716 or email us at info@cruisinorganics.com within 30 days for a resolution or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.

Please allow us up to 10 business days to process returns.

How to Return a Purchased Item

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. The items must be
returned to Cruisin Organics address in proper compliance condition and in
manufacturer’s packaging.

Refund Options
If you want to return an item, please call/text us at 941-961-9716 or email us at info@cruisinorganics.com within 30 days for a resolution or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Replacement

We will replace the item with another one of better quality,
different size, or color.
Money refund. We will return the cost of the item you spent to purchase. Based on the original method of payment, all refunds for the product price are applied. It is unfortunate and we do pray you understand taxes, return and original shipping costs, duties and associated fees will not be refunded. We highly recommend you insure the return and request the tracking information.
Exchange. If you do not mention your order number, we won’t be able to

Process your return

Repackage the item in the original box and packaging.
Take your parcel to any Post Office and obtain proof of postage (return shipping, packaging/supplies & Tracking at your expense) for the
tracking number – this will speed up the process and will legitimize that your
parcel is on its way back to us.
