  • Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $39 within the U.S.
  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs for orders under $39 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. The carrier will be selected based on the most efficient delivery method for your location.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
