Refund policy
At Cruisin Organics, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products made with care. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items for health and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kathyt@cruisinorganics.com with photos of the damaged product. We will evaluate your claim and issue a replacement or refund if applicable.
